At Aimée, we provide an authenticity certificate, unique to each item which can also be verified with the help of a unique serial number on the LEGITGRAILS website for an additional cost of INR 1500.

Can I return or cancel my order?
In order to meet the current demand and given the nature of sourcing inventory, all sales are final. Please be sure to review all pictures and ask any questions prior to making a purchase.

When will my order be shipped?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible.
Can I pick up my item locally?
You may pick up your item at our studio in Delhi. Pick up is available Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm by appointment only. Please whatsapp to make an appointment and wait for confirmation to ensure someone is available to deliver your order.
How can I tell the item condition?
We strive to be as detailed as possible when describing my products are happy to provide additional information and/or pictures upon request. Please keep in mind Aimée specialises in pre-loved designer handbags which can range from “(A) Like New” to “(C)Fair” condition. The guide is as follows:
