How pieces are verified:

• Sourced exclusively from registered pre-loved businesses in Japan
• Only pre-authenticated pieces are considered for acquisition
• Upon arrival at the Aimée studio, each watch is examined by our watchmaker, with attention given to both cosmetic and mechanical details
• Condition is documented and reflected in the condition notes
• Each watch is accompanied by an Aimée Certificate of Authenticity

Due to the one-of-one and vintage nature of our pieces, all orders placed with Aimée are considered final.

Returns may be considered only in the event of a discrepancy between the piece and its listing.

• Return requests must be initiated within 5 days of delivery
• All requests are subject to approval at Aimée’s sole discretion
• Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method
• A 15% restocking fee applies

Items must be returned:

• In the same condition received
• Unworn and unused
• With original packaging, if included

Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
