Refund policy

Each Aimée piece is singular in nature. As such, all orders placed are considered final.

Returns may be considered only in the event of a material discrepancy between the piece and its listing, or in the case of an authenticity concern.

Any request must be initiated within 5 days of delivery and remains subject to review at Aimée’s sole discretion.

Where a return is approved, the piece must be sent back in its original condition, with all accompanying elements, and without any signs of wear.

Approved returns will be processed to the original method of payment, less a 15% restocking fee.

Once received and reviewed, refunds are completed within 5–10 business days.
