About This Timepiece

An octagonal case set entirely in a halo of diamonds, gold surround catching light against the white dial beneath. The bracelet is a dense, woven panther-link in steel and gold, substantial on the wrist without ever feeling heavy. Rado built pieces like this for a specific moment, when a watch was allowed to be unapologetically decorative and still keep exact time. What we love about it is the restraint of the dial against the excess at the edges, a quiet centre inside all that sparkle.
